Reproductive Health:
We aim to enhance awareness and access to vital information by focusing on young women, adolescent girls, and young adults to make informed decisions about their bodies and well-being.
Community-based sessions are organised to address key topics such as menstrual hygiene, puberty, contraception, safe pregnancy practices, and sexually transmitted infections. These sessions help break taboos and encourage open discussions around reproductive health, especially in rural and underserved areas.
Special emphasis is placed on educating adolescent girls about changes during puberty, menstrual care, and their reproductive rights. Married women and young mothers are guided on family planning methods, birth spacing, and prenatal and postnatal care.
By providing accurate information and creating safe spaces for dialogue, these initiatives build confidence, reduce stigma, and promote healthier reproductive choices that contribute to overall well-being and gender equality.
