Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, a group of inspired and educated youth in Delhi came together to support marginalized communities facing immense hardships. Driven by compassion and a sense of responsibility, they founded SHUBH Trust in 2020, registered under the Indian Trust Act. The name ‘SHUBH’, meaning auspicious, symbolized hope for a brighter, healthier future during a time of global despair.
SHUBH Trust began its journey by addressing urgent issues around health, hygiene, and livelihood. Over time, it expanded to run impactful community-based programs on breastfeeding awareness, dietary diversity, and nutrition for adolescents, adults, and pregnant and lactating women.
Rooted in a holistic and inclusive approach, Shubh Trust actively engages all stakeholders—women, youth, families, and frontline workers to create a supportive ecosystem for sustainable development. Today, it continues to inspire change at the grassroots, working toward a future where every life is valued, healthy, and empowered.
